Services Provided ClearHaven offers residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service in situations that may pose health, safety, or ethical concerns for our team. 2. Scheduling & Cancellation Policy Bookings must be confirmed through our website or in writing. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment without any fees. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee. Consistent last-minute changes may result in future service denial. 3. Access to Property Clients are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe and timely access to the property. Missed appointments due to inaccessibility may be subject to a service fee. 4. Satisfaction Promise If something wasn’t cleaned to your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll return to re-clean the specific area free of charge. Your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. 5. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and online payments. Overdue payments may result in a late fee and suspension of future service. 6. Responsibility & Liability Our cleaners work with care, but ClearHaven is not liable for pre-existing damage or items that are inherently unstable or improperly secured. Clients are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items before service begins. Any reported damage will be reviewed and addressed fairly. 7. Cleaning Supplies We arrive fully equipped with professional, non-toxic, and eco-conscious cleaning supplies. Should you prefer that we use specific products, please let us know beforehand. We cannot be responsible for any issues caused by client-supplied products. 8. Privacy & Personal Data We respect your privacy and only collect information necessary to provide our services. All data is securely stored and never shared with third parties without your consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details. 9. Pets & Safety If you have pets, please inform us during the booking process. While we love animals, for everyone’s safety we request that pets are secured during service hours. 10.
